This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how ShakLawInc.com (Hereinafter ShakLaw”) collects and processes information from members and users of the website.

The information provided by you is for the sole purposes of seeking legal services with ShakLaw. We collect information you share directly with ShakLaw and other information during your use of ShakLaw’s website and services.

 

WHAT YOU SHARE

ShakLaw does not collect any information except for what you share as identified below:

When you complete and/or submit a questionnaire, complete and/or submit an intake form, complete and/or submit an email correspondence, you share a limited amount of information in connection with that submission, including your name, email address, telephone number, physical/mailing address, payment/credit card information, banking information, and other information relevant to your inquiry in seeking legal help. ShakLaw captures and gather’s that data.

 

WHAT WE COLLECT

In addition to information that you share with us as outlined above through the use of the client contact form, ShakLaw automatically collects certain information to enable ShakLaw’s services and/or website to function properly and to help us better understand how our services and/or website work on various devices and browsers.

That includes the type of devices you use, your device’s unique IDs where available or set, your IP address, tracking data, your operating system, your device identifier, mobile operating system, information provided using ShakLaw’s website, the type of browsers you use, URLs and domain names, and other similar information.
